Fatro Ibérica
Fatro Ibérica is the Spanish branch of an international veterinary pharmaceutical group. As Technical Project Lead I owned the end-to-end migration of their web platform to WordPress: 130+ issues migrated, a custom REST integration with their Navision ERP for product data, and a complete Design System (Tailwind tokens, documented components, megamenus, taxonomies and custom user roles).
I also ran the technical risk management for the project (risk matrix, content audit with RACI and a phased roadmap) and refactored the payment flow. The site is live and in production.
