Fatro Ibérica
Led the full technical migration of Fatro Ibérica's web platform to WordPress, from architecture and ERP integration to design system and launch.
Fatro Ibérica is the Spanish branch of an international veterinary pharmaceutical group. As Technical Project Lead I owned the end-to-end migration of their web platform to WordPress: 130+ issues migrated, a custom REST integration with their Navision ERP for product data, and a complete Design System (Tailwind tokens, documented components, megamenus, taxonomies and custom user roles).
I also ran the technical risk management for the project (risk matrix, content audit with RACI and a phased roadmap), refactored the payment flow, and built FatroApp, a companion mobile app in React Native + Expo + TypeScript. The site is live and in production.
